Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 2.4.2 A host must provide the short-term rental accommodation premises in a state that is consistent with any representations made when advertising or listing the premises for rent, or otherwise in communications made to guests.
- 2.4.3 A host must hold insurance that covers their liability for third party injuries and death on
- short-term rental accommodation premises. This insurance must be valid for the occupancy period.
- 2.4.4 A host, or the host’s authorised representative, must be contactable within ordinary hours to manage guests, the premises, neighbourhood complaints and other issues related to use of the premises.
- 2.4.5 A host, or the host’s authorised representative, must be contactable outside ordinary hours to deal with emergencies
