Welcome to Orchard Road!

The main living level has a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. The dining room seats 8, the kitchen area can seat 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cabinet space, island, gas cooktop, and new appliances. The living room has a large sectional sofa and easy chairs with a large Smart TV over the gas log fireplace. Just outside the living room you will find a covered patio with tables, chairs and sofa for entertaining. There is a pool that can be heated as well for an additional charge.

Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, walk in shower and a soaking tub. A large flat panel Smart TV hangs on the wall opposite the king bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
