Charming and modern, a few minutes from the Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a great deal of tradition. It is a building situated very close to Bravo Murillo street and Reina Victoria avenue, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on the Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is located the well-known Maravillas Market, one of the largest supply markets in Europe where many of the best chefs in the city acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists.
The Apartment:
This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 8 people.
It has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed, three comfortable bathrooms with shower.
The cozy living room shares the area with the dining room, which has a table set for 6 diners, to which two more chairs can be added if needed. The living room has a double sofa bed and a modern SmartTV.
The kitchen, integrated with the living room, has a modern design and is fully equipped with all kinds of necessary appliances.
The flat has air conditioning with a heat pump (heating) in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public car park a short distance from the apartment.
The building has renovation works in its interior.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Property Manager is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
