Enjoy meals at the breakfast table for four, a dining table seating six (also the perfect place for games), or the kitchen counter with additional barstool seating. Sapphire Breeze offers a unique split floor plan with 2 entrances. The 2 floors are NOT connected to the interior. This layout is great for groups or guests wanting more privacy. The lower-level suite boasts a living area, TV, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There’s also a second washer and dryer available on this level. The converted garage game room is a haven for both kids and adults, featuring comfy beanbag seating, yet another TV, and foosball. It’s the perfect place for late-night hangouts and friendly competition. With four cozy bedrooms and four full bathrooms, Sapphire Breeze accommodates groups seamlessly. Two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a room with double queens provide flexible options for families with children or groups of friends. And, for added convenience, a driveway parking space awaits. We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Local Attractions: Mustang Island Beach, Port Aransas Nature Preserve, Dolphin Tours, Texas SandFest, Fishing Charters, Port Aransas Art Center, Red Dragon Pirate Cruises, Golf Courses, Port Aransas Museum, UT Marine Science Institute (UTMSI) Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee, but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). - Boat parking is allowed in the designated parking area. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. Parking Details: - The driveway can accommodate 4-5 vehicles. - No garage access. - Any vehicle parked on the beach will need to have a beach parking permit. You can purchase them at convenience stores on the island or at rental places on the beach if they are open. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / 2x bunk beds Bedroom 4 / 2x queen beds --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
