ID and Credit Card:
Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted
Pet Policy:
1 dog is permitted at this property. $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet and a signed rental agreement with dog information. Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted.

The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.
- No smoking
- 1 dog is permitted with written permission only, unfortunately, cats are not allowed at all. The Pet Fee is $175 per pet. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar Penalty.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book -For groups with no guests under 18, you must be 25 or older to book, and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 9 people.
