This beautifully renovated 3 bed/3 bath town home is ideal for families or friends looking for luxury and comfort. Village Point 308 can accommodate up to 8 people with one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms and twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a gorgeous en-suite bath, king bed and private balcony. In addition, there is a perfect children’s sleeping area just outside of the primary bedroom in the landing area with twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom also has a queen bed. . The open floor dining, kitchen and living room is the perfect setup for families to gather after a long day on the slopes. The lovely kitchen has quartz countertops and a spacious island with additional seating. You will find ample seating around the big screen tv and cozy gas fireplace. Walk or shuttle to the lifts. Store skis and snowboards in the private oversized garage. There is parking for 2 vehicles (one in the garage and one in the driveway). Washer and dryer in the unit. There are heated sidewalks to the unit from the garage and back. This unit does have stairs.
