Moonee Beach Getaway is a great place to bring the family for your next coastal holiday. This villa has all you will need and is close to the Moonee Market and the Moonee Tavern, with both just a short 5-minute walk away. Relax comfortably in air-conditioned open plan living with stylish lounges, a big screen Smart TV and a 6-seater dining table. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bench. The living space leads out to a small grassed yard. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, air-conditioning and ensuite with shower and toilet Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and pedestal fan Bedroom 3 - Tri-bunk ( double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top ) and pedestal fan Bathroom - Bathtub, shower and toilet Additional Features: Laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities, wi-fi, clothesline. Linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels. Off-street parking for 1 car. Moonee Beach is a stunning beach and a great place to go fishing. The creek meets the sea at Moonee Beach Reserve, which is family friendly and has many facilities including a playground, picnic shelters, BBQ’s, toilets and beach showers. Please be aware that due to strong tidal currents, it is recommended to keep away from where the creek meets the sea during outgoing tides.The villa is conveniently located across the road from the local shopping mall which has a range of shops for all your holiday stay needs This is a pet friendly property, a $100 pet fee applies and agreement to our pet policy.
