Capitalising on the southern orientation, the spacious outdoor undercover deck is the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink.
Completely ground level throughout and a mere 200 metres to the stunning beaches of Sawtell – which are pet friendly and patrolled for swimmers. For the cooler nights or exhausting days, unlimited Wifi is on offer, with connections to Apple TV and Netflix. A generous kitchen central to the villa offers electric stove/oven cooking, island beach tops full sized fridge, appliances and storage aplenty.
