You can walk to everything including the beach, the local grocery store, bottle shop, newsagent, bakery and anything really. You can also walk to the local bike shop if you wish to hire bikes to travel further afield. Parking is easy with a two car lock-up garage under the house and space for up to four cars out the back. There is also free parking across the street. Everything is walking distance from Burleigh Yamba including the restaurants, the boutiques, the Friendly Grocer, the SPAR grocery store and the bottle shop. If you want to venture a little further you can hire bikes from the local bike shop. You can park two cars in the lock up garage, up to three cars in the back yard and there is free parking across the road. Please note that we have a strict policy of no pets, schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Please note that school holiday bookings are strictly Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum. We do not provide beach towels. Please BYO. If you intend to use the two extra single mattresses for your 12th, 13th or 14th guest, please BYO linen for these. We share driveway access with our side neighbour.
