Home to the local Gumbaynggirr People, this area was recognised as a vital spot for state preservation in a joint management agreement with the Traditional Owners.
Gaagal Lookout is only 5 minute walk to the gateway of this magnificent National Park, along with all the very best recreational activities to enjoy in Scotts Head, including the Surf Club, its famous right-handed surf breaks, and family friendly rock pools and coves.
Step out from the dining and living areas onto the balcony with panoramic views of the famous Elephant Head and expansive ocean to sit and watch the world go by. When you book Gaagal Lookout, you get a 2 Bedroom luxury stay upstairs as well as whole separate apartment downstairs. Stay for a week or two and get to know the locals! Plenty to enjoy and explore in this culturally significant coastal town. No parties, No pets, No smoking. There is no access to the garage but plenty of street parking on a quiet street.
