This gorgeous property is spread over two fully self contained floors. Not often do you find such a large holiday home that is so tastefully decorated in Coastal Hampton hues and textures throughout. It’s fully fenced with lush lawns and landscaping, perfect for the kiddies to play safely, with the added bonus of a trampoline and a quiet cul de sac to ride and scoot around. Cruise into town and to the beach at your leisure on our retro bikes which are provided for your convenience. Biirinba is set up over two fully self contained floors with two bedrooms on each floor making it ideal for extended families to share. The property boasts air conditioning, a king size bed, a quality entertainer’s kitchen, spacious living areas, lock up garage for two vehicles and a fully gated garden oasis. The stunning luxury coastal bathrooms are simply divine. The ensuited, air conditioned king size master bedroom is located on the bottom floor where it opens out onto the lush landscaped gardens. There is a second bedroom on this floor which is also air conditioned and may be set up as two single beds or one king size bed. The primary open plan living, dining, kitchen, laundry and outdoor entertainment area is on this ground floor and enjoys air conditioning as well. The top floor has a kitchenette, two queen size bedrooms with ceiling fans and an air conditioned living and dining area which opens out to an outdoor dining area with BBQ. Biirinba is centrally located near the Clarence River Walk which is a mere 2km walk or cycle to Yamba’s Northern beaches and the Yamba CBD where there is a vast array of boutiques and restaurants for you to enjoy. This is not a party house. We respect our neighbours right to a peaceful neighbourhood. The home is intended for families to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We have Noiseaware noise monitors on site which measure decibels to alert us if there are extended periods of noise which might indicate a party. Strictly only two visitors at any one time and only the number of registered guests to stay overnight. We also have security cameras outside of the property (not inside). License number: PID-STRA-8169
