This small, motel style room enjoys a double bed, balcony, desk, fridge, own bathroom and all you need for a perfect stay in Yamba. With fantastic views across Yamba to Angourie and the hinterland you can sit on your balcony and relax with a drink as you watch the sunset. You’ll have easy access to the shared laundry located within the property with laundry detergent provided. You may enjoy our BBQ area with weber BBQ and views over the township of Yamba and the Clarence River. This BBQ area is situated next to a lovely grassed area with chairs and tables, perfect for reading or eating your meals with views across Yamba. Please note that the bed in this room is double size (not queen or king). It sleeps one person very comfortably but some couples find double beds rather small. The cleaning fee for this property includes a full professional clean and linen hire. Guests who stay for a week or longer are welcome to use the full kitchen located outside the room on the same floor in the building. This kitchen is shared with permanent tenants and has an oven, stove, cookware, crockery, dishwasher, sink, fridge and microwave. Guests are required to clean up after themselves if they use these facilities. Everything is walking distance to Yamba Views. The property is located directly between Yamba Main Beach and the centre of town. This property is on the top floor of this complex. You will need to be able bodied to walk up the stairs. Once you arrive at Yamba Views, you won’t need a vehicle to get around. This wonderful apartment is located 100m from Yamba Main Beach, 200m from town and is walking distance to all of Yamba’s five beaches, the markets, the restaurants, the boutiques, the golf club and the iconic Pacific Hotel.
