This lovely condo has been recently updated with new flooring and furniture. This 2BR/2BA condo comfortably sleeps a family of six with a King Swing in the Primary bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twins. The Living Room also has a sleeper sofa for the kids if you need it. It is very spacious and has plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. For the convenience of Golfers – the King Bed can convert into Two Twins. The condo has everything including a washer/dryer if you need it!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
