The vaulted living area is spacious but cosy with a wood combustion fireplace ideal for keeping warm on cold winter afternoons. Curl up on the cosy sofa with a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of red wine. Outside is a wonderful entertaining deck with lounge area and BBQ overlooking the cute garden with children’s swing set. Private and secluded, the garden is an idyllic country escape where you can relax and enjoy the fresh country air with friends and family. Bowral, Berrima and other notable Highland villages are all within a 20-minute radius of the lively character-filled village that is Bundanoon. Linen: All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for the complimentary portable cot. Property Specific Notes: Enough wood will be supplied for the fireplace/slow combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests must purchase top-up wood and kindling from the local petrol stations at their own cost. Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets. Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed.
