Sleeping Arrangements The apartment offers two well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The principal bedroom features a double bed and private en‐suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a double bed and is located within the interior of the apartment, providing a quiet and restful space. The living room sofa bed accommodates two additional guests, bringing the total capacity to six. A baby cot is available, making the apartment suitable for families with young children. Amenities & Comfort The living area is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and television, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all essentials, complemented by a dining area for shared meals. Both bathrooms, including the en‐suite, feature fresh towels and basic toiletries. Situated on the ground floor of a historic building in central Copenhagen, the apartment provides a charming and convenient base close to cafés, restaurants, shops and major attractions. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at roughly €6 per hour during peak times. Nearby car parks include the outdoor facility at Åbenrå (Smart Parking: approx. €5.3/hr) and indoor carpark on Adelgade (Q-Park: approx. €7.4/hr). An E.ON electric vehicle charging station is located on Gothersgade 52. You have the place to yourself. ● Take the M2 Metro directly to Nørreport Station (about 15 minutes) and then it is a 1-minute stroll to the front door. ● Metro: All metro lines run from Kongens Nytorv Station, which is just 1 stop away on the M2 Metro (1 minute). ● Train: Nørreport Station is also one of Denmark’s busiest train stations and trains depart frequently, connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. ● Bikes: Donkey Republic and Lime bikes are easy to find and use with their apps. ● Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. ● Taxi: Always around, easy to hail, but not cheap. *This apartment is right at the heart of Copenhagen, and is an older historic building, so noise travels faster, and is to be expected. ⚠️ Please note that some guests have reported ventilation noise from the neighbor’s courtyard. This is unfortunately beyond our control, but if you’re a light sleeper, we suggest bringing earplugs. **Bedroom 2 does not have a window. ***Two additional guests sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (140x200 CM). • Self check-in: You’ll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero. • No elevator: There is no elevator in this property. •CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
