Located just minutes from Hatley Pointe Ski Resort, providing year-round mountain experiences. As you enter, you’ll notice the stunning mountain views! The Great Room is a cozy spot with a gas fireplace and a large sectional sofa for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances is the ideal space for the chef of the group. The lodge accommodates up to 8 people with four bedrooms, each featuring King or Queen beds, private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and dedicated workspaces. Head down to the lower level game room for a game of pool or ping pong, or watch the big game on the flat-screen TV. The highlight of the lodge is the large back deck, where you can enjoy million-dollar mountain views, soak in the hot tub, and stargaze.
The location provides easy access to Hatley Pointe Ski Resort, Wolf Provisions, and various dining options in Mars Hill and Asheville, along with nearby outdoor attractions like the Appalachian Trail, Bailey Mountain Preserve, Rocky Fork State Park, and Pisgah National Forest. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
