Welcome to your Mountain Village retreat, ideally located just two blocks from
Chairs 1 and 10 and the Chondola for easy access to the Telluride Ski Resort.
Nestled in the quiet Meadows neighborhood, this spacious three-bedroom, two-
bathroom townhome offers stunning views of San Sophia Ridge and comfortably
accommodates families and groups year-round.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area, dining space, and a fully
equipped gourmet kitchen, along with a private balcony to take in the mountain
views. The attached garage provides convenient storage for skis, bikes, and
outdoor gear.
In the summer, hiking and biking trails are just minutes away, and the
neighborhood playground is perfect for families. During the winter, enjoy a
short walk to the ski lifts, the Chondola, and the Mountain Village Nordic
trail. Mountain Village’s complimentary Dial-A-Ride service makes it easy to
reach the village core, where you can access the free gondola to Telluride.

FIRST FLOOR
Enter through the covered wood porch into the great room featuring a bright
and updated kitchen with all the amenities you need to make yourself
comfortable. Enjoy time with family and friends at the dining table, then kick
back on the sofa for a movie night, or head out to the deck for grilling with
mountain views. On the main level you’ll find the garage, living and dining
areas, as well as the spacious deck.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king
bed, an ensuite bathroom. There are two guest rooms both featuring queen beds
and a shared bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer also located on
the second level.
There’s parking for two cars in the driveway (sorry garage is not accessible
for parking, but you may store skis and bikes in the garage).
