This intimate development consists of 19 units nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a rooftop with a shared pool that is maintained daily, with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun.
Kumaru is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the fourth floor with everything you’ll need to make sure your stay is very comfortable. The main living space has vaulted ceilings and opens onto a good sized balcony where you’ll have views of the beautiful Caribbean Ocean and pool above. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, and ample closet space.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
