This peaceful retreat offers an opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in this area’s natural beauty. Chester is a gem in the scenic Hudson Valley region, known for its historic architecture, warm community, and pristine nature. Browse a collection of quaint shops and locally owned restaurants in the town center, like the Rusty Wheelhouse or Allan’s Falafel. Visitors can also catch a show at the Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center, sip on a beer at the Long Lot Farm Brewery, or embark on a hiking adventure in Sterling Forest. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- There is ample car parking available in the driveway for guests. The driveway can also accommodate a long trailer.
- Note: the pool is only available in the summer months.
- I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
- • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300
- • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
- • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
- • Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out). This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
- Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and security deposit charge.
