You have a living room not only inside, but also outside, so you can choose where you want to relax. The living room inside has a luxurious seating area with television. In the spacious kitchen you will find an American refrigerator, an induction hob, a combination oven and a dishwasher. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The second bathroom, also with shower and toilet, is located in the hallway next to the other bedroom. The large outdoor terrace is accessible through the French doors and is surrounded by a tropical garden. Here you will find the second living space, with a large dining table and a second luxurious lounge area.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
