For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Management team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Property Management homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Management representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Management buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas. What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management will charge the guest. * Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ... * Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet. * Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads. ... * Dental Floss. ... * Q-tips/Cotton Balls. ... * Diapers. ... * Pills. ... * Paper Towels/Tissues Interaction with Guests At Property Management we take your happiness and comfort seriously.
