Easy and relaxing! Our low maintenance home is a great convenient location to explore local breweries or see Cincinnati and Dayton. If you are looking for something refined and inviting - this home is perfect for you. We have 4 flat screen tv’s with full cable t.v. and also roku. You can use our 2-car garage to park your car. This place is relaxing and comfortable for those traveling or a great place for local short-term stays. This neighborhood does enforce quiet hours at night.
This pet-friendly home is great for folks needing transitional housing while dealing with life events and changes. That’s not to say you won’t enjoy a short-term stay as well! The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. The neighbors are mostly families, and some have children. We are extremely close to interstate 75, and you can easily access places like Mason, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Middletown.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!
- • No parties or events allowed.
- • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
- • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
- • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
- • Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
- • Please take care of the furnishings.
- • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- • You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
- • Please pick up after your dog.
- If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
- If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
