Located in the town of Carqueiranne, a small seaside town between Hyères and Toulon, the town LA MOUNTA is located at the top of Var California.
At an altitude of some 300 m you will enjoy an exceptional panorama.
Towards the east you can admire the Do’r Islands (Porquerolles, Prot Cros) as well as the double tombolo of the Giens peninsula and its salt marshes.
In front of you towards the south as far as the eye can see, the deep blue Mediterranean Sea is at your feet.
Towards the west with its magnificent sunsets you will see the famous harbor of Toulon and in the distance you will see the eagle’s beak, the eponymous rock of La Ciotat.
Completely renovated internally, the villa is air-conditioned and very bright.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
