With its exposed tile facade, La Fleuride has everything of a traditional Provençal bastide, reminiscent of Italian villas. It is located in Le Pradet, a small town that still has a village soul. Nature is preserved there with 230 hectares of natural spaces and beautiful beaches, including that of Pin de Galles, 300 meters from La Fleuride. It is reached by going down stairs, through small cobbled streets between picturesque sheds.
This characterful bastide built in the 18th century has been completely renovated, with the aim of preserving its old-world charm, its volumes, its fireplaces, its tiled floor tiles and its magnificent glass roof. Its immense wooded garden provides shade and coolness and makes it a summer residence where it is good to rest. The view is very clear, to the south we can see the vineyards and to the north, we discover Mont Coudon.
La Fleuride is the ideal place for a vacation with friends or a family reunion. Its immense land (1 ha) will allow everyone to find their place and their rhythm within the villa. The 7 bedrooms, including 2 in suite mode, extend over two levels. For walking or cycling enthusiasts, the start of the coastal path and cycle path is a few hundred meters from La Fleuride.
