Our low-maintenance attached home is a great convenient location to explore local breweries or see Cincinnati and Dayton. If you are looking for something refined and inviting - this home is perfect for you. We care about our home and the guests that come to use it. We have several flat-screen ROKU TVs. You may use our two-car garage to park your car. This place is relaxing and comfortable and perfect for both long and short-term stays. Easily access the interstate. Come see us! This home is great for folks needing transitional housing while dealing with life events and changes. That’s not to say you won’t enjoy a short stay as well! The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. The neighbors are mostly families, and some have children. We are extremely close to Interstate 75 and you can easily access places like Mason, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Middletown. When you enter the home, you walk right into the living room area that is also open to the eat-in kitchen. You’ll notice a lot of natural light shining through the windows! LIVING ROOM You can watch your favorite shows on our large Roku TV while either lounging on your comfortable sofas. The larger sofa pulls out into a bed if needed. KITCHEN This kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker (with plenty of coffee), microwave, dishwasher, and stovetop oven. The kitchen table seats four people comfortably. Since this is open to the living room, you can enjoy the TV while sitting at the table. LAUNDRY ROOM This is located on the first floor and has a small washer/dryer combination so you may do all your laundry during your stay (we provide detergent and dryer sheets). BEDROOM ONE Take two small sets of stairs to the basement to find the bedrooms. The first bedroom is a king-size bed. There is plenty of storage in the dresser and closet, a ceiling fan to keep you cool, plus a full mirror to ensure you look your best! Of course, this room is also equipped with a Roku TV. BEDROOM TWO This bedroom also features a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and a Roku TV for the most comfortable stay! BEDROOM THREE This bedroom features a full-size bed, dresser, closet, and a Roku TV for the most comfortable stay! BATHROOMS There are two bedrooms in this home. One bedroom is located upstairs and the other is located in the basement. We provide towels and basic consumable toiletries for you during your stay. BACK PATIO Enjoy the sounds of nature while sipping your coffee in the morning or your wine at night. There is seating for four, plus a charcoal grill. Please reach out to us with any questions. We use the August Home app on your smartphone. We use virtual keys through this system. This is a duplex, but guests don’t have to worry about noise as the walls are thick and noise resistant. The entire unit is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
