This newly constructed (2021) four-bedroom, two-bath home is located in Middletown, Ohio. It’s well-furnished and provides all the extra touches of home such as in-unit laundry. This home would be a great option for a long-term stay or a shorter stay as it also has plenty of storage available. There are not any stairs, but both bathrooms do have shower/tub combinations. The living room is super comfortable and opens up to a well-stocked kitchen. You can’t go wrong with this newer home! This is a single-story home without steps. It comes completely furnished with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for traveling nurses, working professionals, or families with small children. We can accommodate short-term or long-term stays with this property. As you walk in the front door you will find yourself in our cozy living area with a large smart TV, comfy couch, and loveseat. Featuring an open floor plan, you can cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner in your well-stocked, eat-in kitchen. Are you a coffee drinker? We’ve got you covered! There is a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen with tons of different flavors for you to choose from. Four comfortable bedrooms are designed to offer all the rest you need after a long day of exploring the exciting city of Middletown or shopping in the picturesque Liberty Township. All of our bedrooms are equipped with plenty of storage, closet space, and a smart TV. If you don’t feel like leaving the property but want to catch a breath of fresh air and soak up the sun, you don’t have to go farther than the covered front porch, spacious driveway, or yard. The home offers many amenities and spaces, and we can’t wait for you to experience them all. LIVING ROOM The large living room provides plenty of seating for your guests and features a ROKU Smart TV so that you can watch your favorite apps during your stay. The living room and the kitchen are fully open and connected. KITCHEN Your eat-in kitchen has seating for four adults. There is plenty of counter space to utilize while you cook. The stainless steel, french door refrigerator is full-size and ready for you to stock during your stay. You will love preparing your meals and late-night snacks in this open space! LAUNDRY Just off the kitchen, you will find a full-size washer and dryer. BEDROOM TWO Travel with children? This is the perfect option for them! This bedroom features two twin beds. There is a large closet and dresser for storing personal items. Pack-N-plays are available upon prior request. BATHROOM TWO Located in the hallway, this bathroom also has a shower/tub combination and plenty of storage in the vanity. We provide towels and extra consumable toiletries for all bathrooms, so feel free to take utilize those during your stay. BEDROOM THREE The third bedroom features a king-size bed. It has a large closet, dresser, and ROKU TV. BEDROOM FOUR The last bedroom features a queen size bed with a large closet, dresser, and ROKU TV. When you arrive you may park in the large driveway or have full use of the attached 2-car garage.
