Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!
- • No parties or events allowed.
- • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
- • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
- • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
- • Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
- • Please take care of the furnishings.
- • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- • You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
- • Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
- • Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
- • Please pick up after your dog.
- If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.
- If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
