Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.
- Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out.
- Immediately report any damage or incident on the property with respect to the property, furniture or utensils.
- Smoking only indoors
- The use of the coffee maker, pool kettle and opening the windows in the living room may only be handled by the service staff.
- A daily fee must be paid to the service staff:
- Cleaning Service: 450 per day
- Maintenance service: 350 per day
- Jacuzzi and pool heating service $ 2,500 per day.
- Extra guests have a cost per person of $1500 pesos +VAT per day.
- *In case of non-compliance with the rules, a fee of the total of one night will be charged.
