To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend downloading OTA Maps offline before your arrival. By saving the area in advance, you can easily navigate and access directions even without cellular service or Wi-Fi. This will help you get around with ease during your stay. - No Garage Access - Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible. - Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities.
