Chesa Suls Ers is located in Pontresina, in the upper part of the village and enjoys a fantastic view of the surrounding valley. The pedestrian center is only 800 meters away on foot; there is the coop supermarket, the bakery, the municipal swimming pool. The street is populated with shops of various kinds.
Several restaurants are also very close, including the Saratz, the Kronenhof (which has 3 restaurants inside). The bus stop "Schlossgarage" is only 250 meters away by foot.
The apartment, on the top floor, consists of two bedrooms, one double, with en suite bathroom, and one with two single beds, served by a bathroom with shower located outside the room. After the entrance corridor, the large living room opens up with a separate kitchen and a balcony with a view of the opposite mountains, including the Val Roseg. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
