Trout Haven is a beautiful cabin perched above Fightingtown Creek, home to award-winning fishing spots, & is one of the largest of the streams that hold both stocked & wild trout. Enjoy the fire pit, picnic table, & hammock right by the creek! Trout Haven is conveniently located 10 min to the TN/GA Border, & 15-30 min from all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Orchards, Downtown BR, Lake BR & Marina, Serenity Spa, Hiking Trails, grocery shopping, etc) & accommodates 8 guests.
This 3 bedroom cabin rental is perfect for large families and couple retreats! Bring your fishing gear for trout fishing or relax by the creek and fire pit. Enjoy the yard with gentle slopes and lots of space to run and play - a rare find in our mountain town! The fire pit is close to the creak which makes for the perfect evening outdoors, especially in the fall. Whether you’re hanging out on the porches, playing in the yard, reading or fishing by the creek, cozying up next to the indoor fireplace, or enjoying the floor plan, the peace and serenity of the nature surrounding the cabin provides the perfect backdrop to your getaway in the mountains.
This 3 story cabin features a large living room on the main floor with a wood burning fireplace and Satellite TV, making meal times extra cozy. (Please note that fire wood is not provided but can be found at any convenience/grocery store in town.) The bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed with Satellite TV and deck access. The bathroom on this floor features a tub and walk in shower.
The dining room table seats 6 with 2 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishes, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, cutting boards, mixing utensils, knife set, kettle, measuring utensils, veggie peeler, can opener, grater, wine opener, scoop, Tupperware, strainer, pots and pans, cast iron pan, baking sheets, muffin pan, pizza cutter, silverware, cleaning supplies, crockpot, pitcher, blender, wine cooler, toaster, and a Hamilton Beach coffee brew pot. There is a gas grill on the main level porch that uses propane tanks. These will be provided.
The loft features a bedroom with a Queen bed, satellite TV, private balcony overlooking the creek, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower.
The lower level has an entertainment area featuring a gas fireplace, pool table, and dart board. The bedroom has 2 queen beds in a bunk bed style. The bathroom features a tub shower. Enjoy the lower level porch with outdoor seating. Steps lead down to the fire pit, picnic table, hammock, and creek.

Please note a fishing license is required if you will be fishing. Fightingtown creeks fishing guidelines include: catch and release mandatory, artificial lures only, single barbless hooks only. The creek has strong current and we would not recommend swimming in it.
The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
