This dog friendly 3 bedroom loft rental in Downtown Blue Ridge is perfect for families and groups of friends that want easy access to all that beautiful downtown has to offer!
The loft features an open living room with a half bath, windows overlooking the town and a Streaming TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy.
The dining area seats 6 with 3 extra seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice maker, stainless steel appliances, knife set, toaster, blender, kettle, 12 cup coffee brew pot with Kcup compatibility, dishes, rice cooker, baking sheets, cutting boards, silverware, mixing utensils, pizza cutter, can opener, scoop, pots and pans, and a strainer.
The first bedroom is a King master suite with a Streaming TV, pack n play, private attached bathroom with tile walk in shower, and access to the laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for guests to use.
The second bedroom is a King suite with a Streaming TV, private attached bathroom with a tub shower, and a seating area overlooking the train.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a Streaming TV.
Things to note:
The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum age to rent this property is 25. All guests that book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
$150 pet fee per stay, 2 dogs allowed maximum, and all dogs MUST be house trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the loft, and to pick up after them in town.
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
Please note Trailers, Boats, and RVs are not allowed.
The Clock Tower comes with 1 designated, free parking space located behind the Clock Tower Building. If you need more parking for visitors or additional guests, there is free street parking on Main Street as well as paid/donation parking in front of our building with a suggested donation of $5 that benefits the local rescue shelter.

Walking distance from everything Blue Ridge Main Street has to offer. Less than a 8-10 min drive from local breweries, orchards and wineries. Less than 20-30 min drive to waterfalls and other local small towns like Ellijay that we also highly recommend visiting during your stay.
