Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious eat-in dining room features a large table with benches on both sides and chairs on each end, comfortably seating 6-8 guests. A glass door off the dining area provides convenient access to the outside, connecting you with the refreshing ambiance of the surrounding environment.
The living room offers ample seating options, including queen-size sleeper sofas, perfect for relaxation. Unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" flat screen TV equipped with Roku.
As you explore the home, you’ll discover two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a designated work space, ensuring both comfort and productivity. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal haven for the little ones.
A full bathroom with a shower completes the layout, providing convenience and functionality.
Outside, our backyard invites you to soak up the sun and enjoy the serene atmosphere by the pool.
If you’re a nature enthusiast, a short 10.6-mile drive will take you to Tybee Island, where you can bask in the sun, feel the sand beneath your feet, and experience seaside bliss. While you’re here, make sure to visit the enchanting Bonaventure Cemetery, just 7.4 miles away, renowned for its captivating beauty, rich history, and majestic trees adorned with Spanish moss.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
The house has a digital code. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home. B guests have space for two cars, one in garage, and one in driveway, street parking is very limited, so please only bring two vehicles.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
As our valued guests, we want you to know that parking is limited. The shared driveway provides parking for one car from Unit A and one car from Unit B. Please note: street parking is limited! We kindly request that you plan accordingly and do not bring more than two cars.
The backyard and pool is a shared space with any guests staying in the other unit. We do allow pets for a $50 per pet fee required. NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Signed rental agreement required.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
