Welcome to our charming home! As you enter our home, you’ll be greeted by a delightful porch and a set of 15 stairs that lead you to the front door. Once inside, you’ll step into the upper level living room, where comfort awaits. Sink into our oversized leather couch, love seat, or chair and unwind while enjoying your favorite shows on our impressive 50" flat screen, complete with Roku.
To the right of the living room, a door opens up to one of our inviting decks, offering a serene outdoor space for relaxation. On the left, you’ll find the master bedroom, elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps on both sides, a small bench, a chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The attached en-suite bathroom features an updated shower/tub combo, sink, and toilet.
Connected to the living area is an open concept dining room, facilitating effortless entertaining. Our spacious dining table boasts two benches on each side and chairs on both ends, providing comfortable seating for 6-8 guests. Another full bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area.
Turning left from the dining room, you’ll discover a fully stocked updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for cooking up a delicious meal. Behind the closet doors in the kitchen, you’ll find a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The upper level also features two additional cozy bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the other offers a full-size bed, accommodating your family or group comfortably.
Descending to the lower level of our home, you’ll be greeted by an open floor plan that encompasses the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen on this level is fully stocked, featuring stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The spacious eat-in dining room echoes the upper level with a large table, benches, and chairs, providing ample seating for 6-8 guests. A glass door from the dining area grants access to the outside, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding beauty.
The lower level living room offers abundant seating, including a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 50" flat screen with Roku for entertainment. Two bedrooms can be found on this level as well. One bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and a designated work space, perfect for business travelers. The other bedroom is a kids’ delight, with two sets of bunk beds providing ample sleeping space.
An additional full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the lower level, ensuring everyone’s comfort and convenience.
Our backyard is a true haven, with plenty of sunshine and seating options for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in our pool or unwind on the deck, savoring the peaceful atmosphere.
If you’re seeking natural beauty, Tybee Island is a short 10.6-mile drive away, offering sun, sand, and seaside bliss. And don’t miss the opportunity to visit the enchanting Bonaventure Cemetery, located just 7.4 miles away. Its rich history, breathtaking scenery, and majestic trees draped in Spanish moss are not to be missed!

This house has two units, and you will have full access to both units. However, there is not an adjoining door between the two.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
