Just off of Highway 115, you’re moments from a commercial hub of shopping and casual dining. There’s much to see and do in the area, and you’ve got easy access to all of it, with many of the region’s most popular attractions less than 20 minutes away. Outdoors enthusiasts will find themselves literally surrounded by options for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, skiing, ziplining, and more. Parks and open spaces abound, including: Bear Creek Regional Park East (9 minutes) Cheyenne Mountain State Park (12 minutes) Red Rock Canyon Open Space (14 minutes) Between the landscapes and the wildlife, you won’t want to blink. Some of the most stunning sights can be seen at the Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center, where dramatic, ancient rock formations soar 300 feet overhead (16 minutes), and at the summit of Pikes Peak (otherwise known as “America’s Mountain”) standing a breathtaking 14,115 feet above sea level (a worthwhile drive at 1 hour, 15 minutes). While you’re likely to spot various kinds of wildlife in their natural habitat around Colorado Springs, you can enjoy animals of every variety at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, with a distinctive mountainside setting at an elevation of 6,714 feet (10 minutes). When you’re ready to trade your hiking boots for something more polished, venture into downtown Colorado Springs (5 minutes) or historic Old Colorado City (9 minutes) for museums, theaters, art galleries, and unique shopping, as well as award-winning food and beverage hot spots. Even closer to home, you may enjoy a visit to the Ivywild School, a converted 1916 school building that houses a brewery, craft whiskey distillery, and events center (3 minutes).   • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
