The Neighborhood

The north end of Colorado Springs is known for its larger homes, quiet neighborhoods and private lifestyles. Less urban than other areas of Colorado Springs, the sense of "escape" here is palpable. This area is also the home to a vibrant work environment — some of the city’s most notable and respected employers call this area home, and many more are in the process of building modern facilities and offices here. The views of the mountains tend to be unobstructed. Access to outdoor recreation is superb, yet the modern conveniences abound too. Shopping and quality restaurants are close. Gyms, grocery stores, outlets, food and drink are all within an approximate 5 minute drive. The area is also defined, somewhat, by its proximity to the Air Force Academy. Guests will frequently notice light training planes flying overhead—the nation's next Airmen learning their craft. Some of the most well-known area attractions are all within an approximate 20 minute drive—Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown, the COS Airport—all are easily accessible via main roadways and Interstate 25. With suburban appeal and easy access to everything that makes Colorado Springs great, this might be your perfect vacation rental or mid-term rental locale.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
