About 25 minutes northwest of Colorado Springs, Cascade is perfectly situated for easy access to the many outdoor activities offered in the Pikes Peak region, including hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hunting, ziplining, rafting, and much more. Cascade is where the famous Pikes Peak Highway originates, carrying awe-struck adventurers to the summit of Pike’s Peak 14,000 feet above sea level! The town has a history of hosting and delighting tourists for over 140 years. Here, you’ll find yourself immersed in a world of trails, parks and canyons. One of the closest is Cascade Community Park, with its Heizer trail that leads to picturesque, photo-worthy waterfalls. The town of Cascade offers some casual dining options, and there’s even more to choose from if you drive ten minutes over to Woodland Park. There, you’ll find plentiful restaurants and stores, including supermarkets and familiar national chains. And, of course, if you’re willing to motor down to Colorado Springs, you’ll find it rich in dining, shopping, museums, art galleries and more.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
