Fully equipped and elegantly decorated, this space has been designed to offer a wonderful stay on the Côte d’Azur.
Our newest flat, the Zola, offers luxury services with quality bedding. What’s more, for your comfort and security, we have integrated code systems for access, eliminating the risk of lost keys. This accommodation is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Mandatory: Check-in between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 50 EUR per booking.
- ATTENTION : If payment is made online by credit card, an additional 2.85% transaction fee must be settled at check-in if you do not select this option (2.85% of the reservation): 2.85% of the booking price.
- Mandatory: Check-in between 00:00 and 1h: 100 EUR per booking.
- Mandatory: Check-in between 10:00 PM and 00:00 AM: 80 EUR per booking.
