Apartment sleeps 8: First Floor Bedroom 1: • Fitted with a double bed for 2 guests Bedroom 2: • Fitted with a double bed for 2 guests Bathroom 1: • Fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Upstairs Living Space: • Fitted with 2 Sofa beds, sleeping up to 4 guests • Decorated with a Large Smart TV • Large Farmhouse style table and benches, perfect for dining. Kitchen & dining room: • Equipped with Microwave, Kettle, Espresso Coffee Machine, Oven, and much more. Bathroom 2: • Fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. **Baby chair and baby cot available within the apartment** Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. With a private terrace areas accessible to enjoy the stunning views! The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Liverpool’s central attractions including the famous Liverpool one shopping centre and the Albert dock tourism spot. Regular buses are also available from this area into the centre of town. Although the property does not come with parking, it is generally easy to find free on-road parking along Stanhope Street. For a local, secure car park we would recommend: UKCPS Ltd Cains Brewery Stanhope Street Liverpool L8 5XJ Or around 5 minutes walk away at King Park. Just £20 for up to 5 days. Other Things to note: The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB. The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation. The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is on the 9th floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. **Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.** Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
