The apartment has been prepared to accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment attracts attention with its exceptional brightness and cozy character, and the windows offer a picturesque view of Plac Wolnica and the surrounding greenery. The apartment consists of a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with an oven, coffee maker and necessary kitchen utensils and tableware. The dining area features a spacious dining table with four comfortable chairs, perfect for quiet evenings with dinner. The relaxation area in the living room has been intelligently separated by a glass panel, while maintaining the feeling of space. In the living room, guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa bed with a sleeping function, use the TV, sit in elegant armchairs and use the large closet for storing things.In addition, hidden in the furniture, a folding bed for two is available.In the hallway there is a capacious closet with essential tools such as a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and a clothes dryer.The bathroom impresses with its modern design and is equipped with a shower and washing machine.The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a comfortable armchair.To increase the comfort of residents, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Internet connection. This is a place where functionality harmoniously blends with aesthetics to create a unique living space. The apartment is in a peaceful area in the Jewish Quarter, right beside the river with easy access to the rest of the city. There are great cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby as well as a charming bookshop. A famous Polish wine bar is on the corner. 1 min from our building is tram stop - Plac Wolnica. Trams: 6, 8, 10 (from Main Train/Bus Station in Krakow), 13 Night bus: 904 In view of apartment’s character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment. Smokers can do it outside on the balcony. ## House Rules Our vocation is to offer you an amazing stay in our apartment, whether you are in Cracow for tourist or work, a stay without bad surprises or disappointments. This is why we try to take great care of everything we provide. Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. Don’t leave the lights on when you are out of the apartment. We can help the environment by the way we utilise our electricity. Turning off lights can help the environment when they are not needed is the most economical way of helping the problem. Our home lighting affects the environment in several ways. By not turning off the lights you increase the pollution, the main environmental concern. 2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred. The list of contents is attached to this house rules. 3. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. Please make sure you listed the correct number of people sleeping in the apartment. This is also important so that we can provide enough towels & bed sheets. Daily guests are allowed inside. If You have friends or family that you want to invite inside for longer please discuss it previously with the host. 4. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden. As courtesy to our neighbours and security reasons this place is not rented for any special events or productions. Exceptions can be made if previously discussed and settled. 5. Before leaving the house make sure all windows are closed ( in case of rain, the water will damage the wooden floor and could cause a flood ). 6. This is a non smoking apartment. Any disobedience to this rules will be followed by a procedure in the resolution center and could engage charges on the security deposit.
