1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Property Manager before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Property Manager cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

By booking with Property Manager, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver’s license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.
3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. 6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. 7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building’s common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
