Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- ○No smoking. A fine of 20,000 yen will be levied if smoking is found in the guest room.
- ○No pets
- ○No parties/events.As this is a residential area, please refrain from parties, banquets, and other noisy activities.To be considerate of the neighbors, please be as quiet as possible after 9:00 pm.
- ○No visitors allowed. If we check with the surveillance camera and there are too many people, we will charge a separate fee (55,000 yen per night penalty).
- ○Please fill out the guest list.
- ○No shoes are allowed in the room.
- ○There is no cleaning during your stay.If you wish to request additional cleaning for long-term stays, please contact us (additional charge may apply).
- ○If you are using a drinking party and there is evidence of vomiting, we will charge a flat fee of 50,000 yen for vomiting treatment.
- ○If there is damage to furniture or equipment, you will be charged separately.
