This Beautifully decorated bottom-floor Townhouse is a great getaway spot to enjoy your family vacation. The shared pool is just steps from the front door. When you are tired of swimming, you can sun beside the pool in lounge chairs or cool off in the shaded sitting area. It is approximately a 1/2 mile drive by car or a fun golf cart ride to the beach. Take advantage of our golf cart rentals to experience it all like a local. This property has a spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. There are wood grain tile floors throughout. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
