The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms (BR1 - Queen-size bed, BR2 - 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds), a surround sound-wired family/living room with a couch, a chair with an ottoman, a TV, plus a laundry room with a washer/dryer and sink, and a garage. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the ocean breeze. The 2nd floor features a main living area with a sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, TV, dining area, kitchen, and a long breakfast bar with seven barstools. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a walk-in pantry. Additionally, there is a dining table that seats eight. Beautiful hardwood floors, quartz countertops with three bedrooms (BR3- Queen bed, BR4- Queen bed, BR5-2 Twin beds), and a full bath. Step out onto the large outdoor deck for morning coffee and an additional area for gathering and entertaining. The 3rd floor features a Master Suite (BR6) with a king-size bed, a separate sitting area, a walk-in closet, a custom en-suite bath with a separate tub and a stand-alone shower, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker. Sip your evening glass of wine on the great outdoor balcony that overlooks the pool with Gulf views.
