This adorable cottage welcomes you to the historic district of St. Augustine! Perfect for a family getaway, Saragossa Sunshine Unit A is surrounded by beautiful historic homes, and is just a couple of blocks from the famous pedestrian-only St. George Street, as well as a short walk to Castillo de San Marcos, magnificent historic churches, museums, and a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, galleries and antique shops. Park once and never get in your car again! In addition, sun and surf on Vilano Beach as close as a 3 mile drive or 15 minute bike ride away! St. Augustine Beach Pier, beach strip, and island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, St. Augustine Lighthouse, and Alligator Farm are all within a 5 mile drive, just over the historic Bridge of Lions.
Saragossa Sunshine is furnished and equipped with you in mind! Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two queen beds, are outfitted with crisp, white linens and wide-screened TVs. The modern bathroom features a shower/tub combo, and is supplied with soft, white towels and starter amenities. Prepare meals "at home" in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and dine together at the large table for six, or the small breakfast table for two. Soft touches, pleasing decor, and conveniences such as starter amenities and board games will enhance your enjoyment of the cottage.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
