Small modern and elegant style bungalow in a private complex on the seafront. It is located just a few metres from the coast and next to the communal swimming pool.
This fantastic Bungalow has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a large living room with a sofa bed. The complex has a large swimming pool, gardens and walkways, as well as direct and private access to the promenade. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave and hob) large bathroom, Wifi and smart TV. It has a small terrace where you can sit to enjoy the sun while having your breakfast. A set of bath towels, a pool towel per person and a complete set of bed linen are provided.
The complex is located in the centre of one of the most tourist coastal towns in Lanzarote, with all services, bus, supermarket, restaurants, leisure areas, spa and golf course nearby.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
