The Shipyard is a newly remodeled 2nd story condo with a Nautical and beachscape theme and a color pallet of ocean and sand throughout. Upon entering the large living area is a tan couch, blue metal frame futon couch, and green accent armchair. All have plush, overstuffed pillows. The futon doubles as a sleeper. There is ample room for watching the wall-mounted TV with cable or just relaxing. Prepare meals in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a regular coffee maker, a toaster, and a toaster oven also stocked with dishes, basic cookware, and utensils for your culinary needs. The adjacent, round dining table has seating for six to enjoy meals or play a fun game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. Take pleasure in sipping your morning coffee...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
