Welcome to “The Harbor,” a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome perfectly located near downtown Traverse City. This modern retreat offers comfort, convenience, and contemporary style — just minutes from top wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, and shopping. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and ’retired’ towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: - Master Bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower, plus Pack & Play, toys, and games for families. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed with closet and nightstand with lamps. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of eight people plus an infant — a rare commodity in the center of Traverse City! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhome includes 2 and half bathrooms, so everyone has space to get ready. The primary ensuite offers dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there’s a half bath conveniently located on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and quality essentials. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, and a coffee/tea station with complimentary supplies. Families will appreciate the children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and high chair. The kitchen island provides seating for two and doubles as a perfect prep or cocktail station, while the dining table comfortably seats six. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ Relax in the inviting living area featuring a plush sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming apps (log in with your account). Enjoy board games, children’s books, and toys, or step onto the private patio through the sliding doors to sip your morning coffee or evening drink in the fresh air. ***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
