This BEAUTIFUL Villa surrounded by nature is the perfect place to enjoy Miami.
The best thing is that it’s right next to the canal and if you are lucky you can see fishes, turtles AND EVEN MANATEES!!!!!
The private backyard is breathtaking. There’s a sparkling heated pool (request 48 hours prior), a beach volleyball court and a waterfront view.
You can also enjoy an outdoor dining table, a grill, a fire pit, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and many chill spots such as hanging chairs/swings.
Inside the house you will find everything you need; like a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms with all the essentials.
There’s also a luxurious pool table, a spacious living room with a Smart TV and an elegant dining table.
Located only a few minutes away from everything you may want to visit like the beach and the best nightlife in Miami.

El Portal is a village in Miami-Dade County. The Villa is located in a nice and safe residential neighborhood. You can find restaurants, bars and many other places that are really close. The best thing is that its only a few minutes away from the beach. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
