Aventura is simply one of the best neighborhoods in Miami! It’s super friendly and family oriented. If you head North you will find Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, if you head South you will encounter Miami Beach. It's only minutes away from Aventura Mall, Sunny Isles Beach and many nice restaurants in the Aventura area. House Rules: There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: No parties. No gatherings. No loud noises or shouting. No loud music. No smoking indoors.

Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
